The 7 Rules for Maintaining Positive Vibrations
We live in a world where there’s so many things happening at
once. Although it can be challenging at times, there’s an easy
way to add simplicity to your life -- by understanding the
fundamental principles of energy cultivation.
The Law of Conservation of Energy states that energy cannot be
created or destroyed, which implies that it is in a constant
state of flux. Well the question arises - how can we manage
energy if it’s not entirely tangible? How is this applicable to
my everyday life? How can I protect and cultivate my energy?
I’ve always been a firm believer in the universal laws of
energy. I believe that each one of us has the same principles as
a magnet; we attract and repel different energies as we move
around the earth, and our polarity changes. Our thoughts, words,
feelings, actions, and physicality all play a vital role in what
we attract into our lives.
One day after an inspirational dream in Vietnam, I wrote several
observations I made about maintaining positive energy and
harnessing your vibrations and I jotted them down here:
1. COORDINATE YOUR OWN HAPPINESS
You’re in charge of your own happiness. How you exist, how you
react to elements around you, and what you bring into your life
dictates what gravitates toward you next.
2. DON’T WORRY ABOUT LOSING OR GAINING FRIENDS
Friendship, Love & Support are perpetual elements in your life
and will come in many forms. Struggling to hold on to a single
individual will prevent you from advancing further towards your
destination. Friends, lovers and family will come in many
different shapes and forms and those meant to stay in orbit of
your life will do so. How you interpret and connect who’s who is
purely subjective.
3. IT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO FORCE HAPPINESS
If you’re not meant to do something, you won’t do it. Plain and
simple. We’ve all seen the kid who doesn’t focus in English
class because they’re constantly drawing, or the person who
can’t complete what’s considered to be ‘ordinary’ household
tasks to create and manage companies. Society shapes us to
believe that we need to fit the textbook standard to be
successful. Don’t let that deter you from working on your craft
and achieving your goal.
4. LIFE IS MORE COHESIVE WHEN YOU ARE WORKING TOWARDS YOUR GOAL
If you’re making traction toward your true objective, everything
seems to fall into place. YES, you will struggle and mistakes
will be made. But everything happens for a reason, even if that
reason is in question.
5. SURROUND YOURSELF WITH THINGS THAT INSPIRE YOU
Keeping positive energy in your orbit not only keeps you
focused, but it propels your ambitions with inspiration. Keep
things that you want in your life in plain sight; make a mood
board, hang posters of your goals, or keep words of affirmation
as wallpapers on your phone, tablet or laptop.
6. ADORN YOURSELF WITH THINGS THAT INSPIRE YOU
The things you wear on your body are extremely important. Your
self reflection is a driving force to what thoughts and energy
you attract to your being. It may be obvious, but this is also
true concerning the things you put inside of your body as well.
7. ENERGY TRANSFORMS
The strength and magnitude of any energy source determines the
final output, yet there’s always the opportunity to transform
something negative into positive, although there is a
significant cost that comes with trying to transform those
things, so understand how much energy you’re willing to spend on
transforming something before you commit to that idea.
BONUS : SPEAK NO EVIL, SEE NO EVIL, HEAR NO EVIL
Your thoughts, words and actions all constitute your vibrations.
Use them wisely. Pay attention to the type of music you allow in
your home, car, and your headphones. If you notice friends
speaking negatively about someone else, dismiss the topic and
encourage changing the subject, or simply stop spending time
with those people.
